Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using QuickMark ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

QuickMark is licensed, not sold, to you. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (which applies in addition to these Terms).

2. "As Is" — No Warranty

QuickMark is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The author makes no guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every Markdown file you open.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the author be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, its source code, design, icons, and copy are owned by Doan Nguyen. You may not redistribute the compiled App outside the Mac App Store. Open-source components used by the App retain their original licenses.

5. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy. QuickMark does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

6. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. They terminate automatically if you fail to comply. You may also stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Vietnam, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction applies.

8. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL with the "Last updated" date above.
